If you are here, you probably know me. If you don’t maybe this will help. I have been afraid of everything my entire life. But, this has never prevented me from trying anything. Life is an adventure and being scared is no reason not to live fully. And I did.. my whole life.

I suffered defeats and enjoyed my victories. I have some beautiful long-term friendships with wonderful people. I have a nemesis and I have forgiven her.

I worked as a garbage truck driver, a high school teacher, a computer consultant, a massage therapist, a biodynamic craniosacral therapist, a recreation director, a public swimming pool supervisor, a factory worker, a performance artist, a poet and a musician.

I have a wonderful wife of twenty five years. I would put my life in her hands. I have two wonderful daughters with their own lovely lives. I have written four novels and thousands of poems. I have hundreds of photographs that I am proud of.

And I’m still going.
